Shipping Policy

At Omellea, we do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Shipping Destinations

Omellea currently ships to the United States only.

We do not currently ship to countries outside the United States. If shipping to additional countries becomes available in the future, we will update this policy.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare, pack, and hand your order over to the shipping carrier. It does not include the shipping transit time.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is:

8–15 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, high order volume, weather, holidays, customs inspections, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Standard Shipping: $6.99

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $49

Shipping rates and free shipping thresholds may be updated from time to time. The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, if tracking is available.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

If your tracking number does not update immediately, please allow a few days for the carrier system to refresh.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Omellea is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or returns caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided at checkout.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@omellea.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has started processing or has already shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Omellea is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing from the delivery location.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend that you:

Check your mailbox, front door, porch, reception area, or parcel locker
Ask household members, neighbors, or building staff
Contact the shipping carrier for more information
Wait 1–2 business days, as some carriers mark packages delivered slightly early

If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@omellea.com with your order number and tracking information.

Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability, fulfillment location, or package size.

If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Delivery Issues

If your order is returned to sender, delivery fails, or the carrier requires pickup, please contact us as soon as possible.

Additional reshipping fees may apply if the issue was caused by an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or failed delivery attempt.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@omellea.com.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has started processing or has shipped.
