Ordering

What does Omellea sell?

Omellea creates simple self-care tools for shower routines, scalp care, body care, back care, and travel-ready organization.

Our products may include body scrubbers, scalp massagers, hair towel wraps, spa headbands, wrist bands, travel pouches, back care tools, and routine kits.

Where does Omellea ship?

Omellea currently ships to the United States only.

We do not currently ship to countries outside the United States.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@omellea.com.

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has started processing, has been packed, or has already shipped.

Can I use a discount code?

Yes, if you have a valid discount code, you can enter it at checkout.

Discount codes may have expiration dates, exclusions, or minimum order requirements. Only one discount code may be accepted per order unless otherwise stated.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does order processing take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated standard delivery time is 8–15 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, high order volume, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

How much is shipping?

Priority Shipping: $9.99

Standard Shipping is $6.99.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $49.

The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

If your tracking has not updated right away, please allow a few days for the carrier system to refresh.

My tracking says delivered, but I did not receive my package. What should I do?

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check:

Your mailbox
Front door or porch
Parcel locker
Reception area
Building office
Household members
Neighbors
Local carrier office

Some carriers may mark a package as delivered before the package is physically delivered. Please allow 1–2 business days for the package to appear.

If you still cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier and email us at support@omellea.com with your order number and tracking information.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@omellea.com.

We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has started processing or has shipped.

Omellea is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost packages caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

Please contact us at support@omellea.com before sending anything back. Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Are personal-care items returnable?

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, items that have been used, washed, opened, worn, visibly handled, or removed from their original condition may not be eligible for return.

This may include body scrubbers, scalp massagers, exfoliating tools, hair towel wraps, spa headbands, wrist bands, back care tools, travel bottles, and other items that come into direct contact with the body, scalp, hair, or skin.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@omellea.com.

Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.

Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by an error on our part, such as a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by Omellea.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank, card, or payment account after it has been processed.

Product Care

How should I clean my Omellea self-care tools?

Most reusable self-care tools should be rinsed after use and allowed to dry fully before storage.

For shower tools, we recommend:

Rinse thoroughly after each use
Shake off excess water
Hang or place in a well-ventilated area
Allow to dry completely before storing
Avoid sealing damp items inside a closed pouch for long periods

For fabric items, such as hair towel wraps, headbands, or wrist bands, please follow the care instructions on the product page or product label when available.

Can I share my self-care tools with someone else?

For hygiene reasons, we recommend using personal-care tools individually and not sharing items that come into direct contact with the body, scalp, hair, or skin.

Are Omellea products medical products?

No. Omellea products are designed for general personal-care and self-care routines.

They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, skin condition, hair condition, scalp condition, or medical issue.

If you have sensitive skin, scalp irritation, allergies, open wounds, or medical concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

Scalp Care

How do I use a scalp massager?

Apply shampoo or conditioner as usual, then gently move the scalp massager in small circular motions on your scalp.

Do not drag aggressively through tangled hair. If your hair tangles easily, use gentle pressure and consider using the brush with conditioner to help reduce pulling.

After use, rinse the brush and let it dry fully.

Can a scalp massager help with hair growth?

Omellea does not claim that scalp massagers grow hair or treat hair loss.

Our scalp care tools are designed to help make wash day feel easier, support gentle scalp massage, and help distribute shampoo or conditioner during your routine.

Travel & Storage

Can I use the travel pouch for wet items?

Travel pouches are designed to help organize your self-care tools and travel essentials.

If placing damp items inside, allow them to dry as soon as possible. Do not leave wet tools or fabric items sealed inside a pouch for long periods, as this may cause odor, moisture buildup, or product damage.

Are travel bottles included in every travel kit?

Not always. Product inclusions may vary by kit.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can check out as a guest.

After checkout, you may have the option to create an account or receive a password setup link.
