At Omellea, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something is not right with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Please review our returns and refunds policy before placing your order.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To start a return, please contact us at support@omellea.com with your order number and reason for return.

Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused
Unwashed
Undamaged
In the same condition as received
In the original packaging, when applicable

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, washed, worn, opened, or visibly handled.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return once opened, used, washed, or removed from their original condition:

Body scrubbers
Scalp massagers and scalp brushes
Exfoliating gloves and exfoliating towels
Hair towel wraps
Spa headbands and wrist bands
Back scrubbers
Back lotion applicators
Travel bottles and foaming bottles
Any product that comes into direct contact with the body, scalp, hair, or skin

Final sale, clearance, promotional, gift, or free items are also not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing from your order.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@omellea.com.

Please include:

Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photos or videos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage

Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by an error on our part, such as a defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by Omellea.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending back a return. Omellea is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank, card, or payment account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only a partial refund may be offered, including but not limited to:

Items returned with missing packaging
Items not in original condition
Orders with missing parts or accessories
Returns approved as a special exception

Bundles and Kits

If you purchased a bundle or kit, all included items must be returned together in unused and original condition to qualify for a full refund.

If part of a bundle or kit is missing, used, damaged, or not returned, the refund amount may be reduced.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@omellea.com.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has started processing, has been packed, or has already shipped.

If your order has already shipped, it may need to be handled as a return after delivery.

Address Issues and Failed Delivery

Omellea is not responsible for failed delivery, lost packages, returned packages, or delivery delays caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to sender due to an address issue, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or unclaimed package, additional reshipping fees may apply.
